This privately negotiated CM/GC project included a brand new synthetic turf field for the primary use of both soccer and lacrosse teams of Willamette University. Significant site demolition, excavation, earthwork, concrete paving, tree protection and utility relocates were performed. Removal and disposal of the existing perimeter fencing occurred which allowed for new 20ft tall perimeter fencing/field netting.
