A negotiated CM/GC contract, Wildish performed a three-phase expansion and remodel of the existing Western Oregon University Student Union Building. This project included a 6,000 sq ft two-story addition, a 14,000 sq ft bookstore, a dining hall and 3,600 sq ft kitchen, as well as a 30,000 sq ft demolition and remodel of conference rooms, office spaces and student media suites. A 2,500 sq ft single story lobby was built along with 16,000 sq ft of exiting building code upgrades.
