Wildish performed this massive Site Work contract as a subcontractor under Chambers Construction. The contract included an early site work package that prepared the entire site for year round work, but also included the main site work bid package for the project. Scope included approximately 50,000 cy excavation, 190,000 ton rock placement, 5,200 cy concrete work, 2,600 lf of 18" public water line, 2,500 lf pressure sewer, 2,800 lf of 12" fireline, storm/sanitary, 20 ft deep pump station and 14,00 cy storm detention pond.
