The completion of this project provided a state-of-the-art facility for heavy equipment diesel training in Lebanon for Linn Benton Community College. The facility provides over 37,000 SF of training area, two 6-ton overhead bridge cranes, seven 20ft tall overhead doors, and 8ea shop bays. The design of this facility included exposed concrete slab on grade, structural steel framing, standing seam metal roof, metal siding as well as an asphalt concrete parking lot.
