Complete reconstruction of the entire site with an addition to the original building and service area and remodel of the existing building. Site was active with open business during construction so required a highly coordinated and phased construction plan. Included excavation, aggregate base, concrete paving, asphalt paving, new sanitary lines, new storm drainage and new water lines, sidewalks, curbs and gutters. Also included excavation and backfill for structural concrete, electrical, plumbing and landscaping subcontractors.
