This project included a 138,000 square foot bread production area with 25,000 square feet of administrative offices, separate receiving and shipping truck loading docks, a separate maintenance shop, and a railroad spur for receiving flour. The walls are concrete tilt-up panels and an open web steel joist system provides open/flexible space.
