The Franklin & McVay Development project received 1st Place in the 2018 Oregon Public Works Association Transportation Award in the $5M-$25M category. This project involved significant excavation, erosion control, 9060 tons of aggregate base, 13,210 SY of concrete pavement, 10,185 LF of curb and gutter, 52,335 SF of driveways, sidewalks and ADA ramps. Significant traffic control, relocated utilities and landscaping restoration completed this award winning project for the City of Springfield.
