The Peak Flow project included 2,000 sq ft of 84” and 96” diameter reinforced concrete pipe and construction of a new 92 x 230 x 25 ft deep chlorine contact basin at the Eugene/Springfield waste water treatment plant in Eugene. The project also included three bioswales and the construction of a new outfall structure into the Willamette River requiring the installation of a cofferdam.
