Wildish served as the cost and scheduling consultant to the owner and architect from the earliest stages of design development. Value engineering suggestions by Wildish helped reduce the cost to the original budgeted amount. A two-level skybridge connects this building to Gilbert Hall. The project included 15,300 sf of new classroom, conference rooms and lobby area.
