This complex included construction of four LEED certified buildings totaling 187,000 square feet. The main structure includes offices for several military branches, the Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service. Construction included military storage areas, an assembly hall, cafeteria, locker and shower rooms, indoor shooting range (and a virtual shooting range) and fitness room. The exterior walls consist of 65 site cast tilt-up panels, with exterior brick veneer applied after erection. The internal structure is steel frame construction with the second floor a composite concrete/metal deck. Laser-guided concrete finishing equipment was utilized to achieve flat floors.
